We're looking for a positive and team-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our site-based customer service team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our students feel at home in our accommodation sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with site-based tasks, such as showing prospective students and their families around the site, and helping students track down lost items.
- Log maintenance requests and resolve health and safety issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Organize social events and activities to enhance the student experience.
- Handle complaints and rent arrears with patience and understanding.
We're seeking a positive and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll have some customer service experience, but we're more interested in your people skills, personality, and potential.
