The Role

As a seasoned Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of retail professionals across your designated area. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a strong financial performance.

You will be expected to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance store operations, manage budgets, and optimize sales forecasting. Additionally, you will need to maintain a positive and engaging working environment, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Key responsibilities will include:

The Package

Basic salary between £60,000 - £70,000, company car, bonus potential, generous holidays, and a strong benefits package.
