Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a 'Good' Mainstream Secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea.

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working across year groups to support pupils with Autism and ADHD who require extra support. You will be assisting the classroom teacher in the SEN department, providing individualized support to pupils who need it most.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays. The school offers parking on site and a supportive environment for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with Autism and ADHD in the classroom
  • Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing individualized support to pupils who require extra help
  • Working collaboratively with the SEN department to ensure pupils receive the best possible support
