About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Reporting Manager to join our Insurance and Money Services team at Tesco Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning and reporting to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain IMS-wide financial planning and reporting processes
  • Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting cycles within IMS
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis support to the decision support teams
  • Maintain knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct
  • Work with data and technical teams to align on accounting standard impacts to reporting
Requirements
  • Professional accountancy qualification
  • Financial planning and forecasting experience
  • Financial reporting and/or management accounting experience
  • Understanding of relevant external regulation
  • Proficient user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
