About the Role: This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, located in a modern, easily accessible office. The successful candidate will be the face of the company, managing the reception area while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and friendliness
- Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and stocked with materials
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Organise and schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange refreshments
- Oversee office supplies and ensure equipment is maintained and fully operational
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring workspaces are ready and providing support
- Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office
What our client needs:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Administration & Reception and supporting key stakeholders
- Immaculately presented and professional demeanor
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle a varied workload and interact confidently with individuals at all levels
In return:
- Competitive salary between £25,000 - £29,000, depending on experience
