Role Specifications:

Compensation: Up to £31,017

Incentive: Up to 20% of base salary

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with a combination of office and remote work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in external meetings with Sales Account Managers as needed.
  • Generate and send contracts through to finalization.
  • Manage tender processes.
  • Update and maintain various logs, including contract management and tender logs.
  • Produce and deliver various reports required by the Sales team or customers.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to the Sales teams.
  • Ensure accurate processing of sales by coordinating with internal departments and managing the dispatch of contracts and documentation.
  • Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer inquiries, and assist in the efficient operation of the team.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all job functions.
