As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with Autism and other complex health needs within community and supported living environments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality care and assistance to vulnerable adults in various settings.
- Managing challenging behaviors with professionalism and compassion.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Writing reports and documenting incidents as necessary.
- Providing personal care when required.
- Upholding the dignity, respect, and privacy of service users at all times.
- Collaborating effectively with families and other professionals involved in the care of our clients.
Candidate Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
- Flexibility and reliability in your work schedule.
- Previous experience in a care-related role.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A commitment to building positive working relationships.
Employment Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position with an expected work schedule of 42 hours per week. The compensation for this role is £12.44 per hour.
