Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bar team and ensure that all bar staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the bar.
  • Monitor and control bar stock levels, ensuring that we are always well-stocked and able to meet customer demand.
  • Work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop bar staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, including stock control, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
