Job Title: Senior Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at Construction Resources Limited. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates, tenders, and budget proposals for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile accurate estimates, tenders, and budget costs using company historical data and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities and risks during the tender process and provide recommendations to the Pre-Construction Manager.
  • Liaise with the Business Unit, Pre-Construction Manager, and Bid Manager to ensure a smooth delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present estimating documentation, including tender submissions and settlement reports.

Requirements:

  • Sound experience in construction methodology and estimating processes.
  • Broad knowledge of the construction sector and building processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of managing processes and people.
  • Dedication and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong bid and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to perform successfully in a challenging working environment.
