Job Title: Clinical Lead Nursing Home

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Queens Park Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and carers, ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents, and applying sound clinical judgement to manage a wide variety of conditions.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of nurses and carers, promoting a culture of excellence and high standards of care.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring the needs of our residents are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the company's values and ethos.
Requirements:
  • Valid RGN NMC registration.
  • Experience within a health and social care setting with older people.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Good IT skills and confidence in computer-based work.
