As an Electro Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining all site plant equipment, including Automated power presses, Automated robot assembly lines, conveyor systems, resistance welding lines, and clinching equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all site plant equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
- Identify and report any equipment faults or defects, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Support the maintenance team in achieving high levels of equipment availability and productivity.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the site's equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Proven experience in electro mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, including PLC programming and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
