Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all site plant equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
  • Identify and report any equipment faults or defects, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Support the maintenance team in achieving high levels of equipment availability and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the site's equipment and processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electro mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, including PLC programming and control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and management at all levels.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
