At VINCI Energies, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Engineer to join our team. As a specialist in LV Switchgear and Critical Power Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring financial performance, deadline compliance, and technical performance.
  • Determine projected cost estimates and provide reports to the BU General Manager, proposing solutions to resolve discrepancies with the budget.
  • Verify and validate sales orders before acknowledging receipts.
  • Ensure Quarterly Account Closing of projects are properly carried out and forecast estimates are performed.
  • Manage procurement and purchases for projects.
  • Develop and manage key customer relationships, through regular reviews of contract performance with customers, understanding and managing needs and gaps.
  • Seek opportunities for business growth within and outside the existing contract base.
  • Good understanding of LV Switchgear design and manufacture is required.
  • Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Electrical engineering or equivalent technical discipline is ideal.
  • Ability to attend site, discuss projects with clients, and provide quotations on requirements.
  • Good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance and experience in assessing value/evaluating variations of works undertaken.
  • Ability to deliver projects and possess organisational skills required to do so to demanding deadlines.
