Position: Information Technology Consultant

Location: Remote

The IT Consultant is tasked with delivering a high level of expertise in Information Technology (IT) across various projects, serving as the primary contact for intricate IT discussions.

This role involves the installation and configuration of systems within client environments.

The consultant will also play a crucial role in integrating IT solutions into client settings, which includes developing necessary interface solutions for third-party systems and managing technical relationships with clients and partners.

Engagement in Proof-of-Concept and Pilot projects is also expected, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to formulate the overall solution strategy.

This position supports the International division, encompassing all regions outside of the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess IT requirements to provide suitable responses to inquiries, including formal tender requests.
  • Create technical IT architecture proposals tailored to each client's needs.
  • Possess experience in Custom Applications with a strong emphasis on C#, alongside a comprehensive understanding of Windows Server platforms.
  • Develop necessary interfaces with solutions and clients' third-party systems.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrading of systems, including servers and cabinets.
  • Manage partner relationships for technical and interface development.
  • Address escalations from internal team members.
  • Standardize and productize client responses based on previously delivered solutions.
  • Prioritize interoperability requirements effectively.
  • Gain insights into IT drivers, including client-specific drivers and regulatory changes in the respective region.
  • Support commercial teams by presenting IT architectures to clients as needed.
  • Provide broad IT consulting expertise during presales and post-sales activities.
  • Participate in interface strategy discussions with international peers, product management, and engineering as required.
  • Contribute to the refinement of messages and value propositions in collaboration with Solution Marketing.

Relational Network:

  • Establish strong relationships with commercial organizations and partners/suppliers.
  • Foster close connections with other organizations on an international scale.
  • Interface with global product management regarding roadmaps for IT-related subjects.
