Clinical and Technical Support

  • Provides clinical support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance during surgeries.
  • Follows up with hospitals and clinics, conducts field clinical investigations, and responds to technical inquiries.

Educational Support

  • Organizes and conducts technical trainings for clinicians, hospital personnel, and office staff.
  • Coordinates training for sales representatives and hospital staff.
  • Follows trends in the cardiovascular field and informs marketing and sales of potential opportunities or threats.

Event Participation

  • Participates in technical seminars, trade shows, and symposia.
  • Represents Terumo Europe and provides clinical and technical information to customers.

Product Development

  • Assists in providing product development requirements to manufacturing.
  • Coordinates clinical evaluations of updated or new products.
  • Participates in planning and execution of clinical studies involving cardiovascular products.
  • Provides technical assistance to Terumo Europe Quality Affairs.

Profile Requirements

  • Requires a technical or science university degree and additional training in cardiovascular surgery, nursing, or a relevant discipline.
  • Must have performed at least 300 EVH cases in the last 3 years and have 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Valid SCP License is required.
  • Affinity with sales and tailored customer approach is necessary.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills are required.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with other languages considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 70% of working time in the EMEA territory is required.
