EXECUTIVE LEADER FOR STRATEGIC OPERATIONS

JOB OVERVIEW
As a pivotal senior position, the Executive Leader's primary focus will be to establish a robust and dependable distribution framework while assembling and nurturing a skilled team to manage the enterprise. This role is responsible for steering strategic initiatives, sales efforts, and logistics/distribution operations. The Executive Leader will oversee supply chain execution and will be accountable for resource allocation, material cost management, forecasting, schedule adherence, performance of third-party logistics partners, and resolution of supply chain challenges.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EXCEL

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business insight and a proven history of successfully building a large-scale distribution network within the market. Extensive experience in commercial sales and strong leadership skills are essential. Familiarity with the wood-panel sector will be a significant advantage. This position demands strategic thought, outstanding communication abilities, and thorough financial and analytical expertise.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE

• Over 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the wood products or manufacturing industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of various business functions including sales, logistics, marketing, and finance.

• Proven entrepreneurial experience as a business owner or in leading new business ventures.

• A history of recruiting and developing a commercial team that achieves exceptional outcomes.

• Experience in a senior logistics or supply chain management capacity.
