Swimming Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Swimming Instructor to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a self-employed instructor, you will have the freedom to work with your own private clients while also contributing to the needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to members of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong reputation as a skilled and enthusiastic instructor.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and club staff to promote a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
  • A Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to helping members achieve their goals.
  • Strong engagement, good communication, and active listening skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
