Store Manager - Bicester Outlet

Jil Sander is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Bicester Outlet team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity and maintenance of strategic standards and operational procedures to achieve company goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the store
  • Support with recruitment and conduct performance/probation reviews
  • Coach and motivate your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead your team to transform each customer's experience into a special moment, creating a customized experience
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
  • Achieve commercial target through efficient and effective team organization and through product presentation management
  • Contribute to the improvement of commercial performance through technical knowledge of the product, numerical analysis of sales and stock, product rotation and supervision of VM replenishment

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and another Language if possible

  • At least 3/4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager in fashion or luxury companies
