Occupational Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Powys Teaching Health Board. As a key member of our Occupational Health Department, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership and management of our Occupational Health Service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver an effective high-quality Occupational Health Service for Powys Teaching Health Board and external organisations.
- Monitor and evaluate the standards of our Occupational Health Service, client experience, and safety, implementing appropriate actions as needed.

Requirements- Registered Nurse level 1 (Part 1 NMC register)
- Specialist post-registration qualification in Occupational Health nursing
- Evidence of professional development and willingness to acquire further qualifications relevant to Occupational Health service
- Knowledge and experience of advanced Occupational Health nursing practice
- Working knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations
- Managerial qualification
- SCPHN (OH)-Part 3 NMC REGISTER
- Health Promotion qualification
- Health and Safety e.g. NEBOSH
- Counselling qualification
- Teaching/Accessing course
