As a Specialist Coach, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to our residents. Your expertise will help them articulate their aspirations and realise their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of customers through their journey
* Induct new customers into the service
* Deliver quality, outcome-focused support sessions
* Manage referrals into the service
* Work with specialist agencies to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:

* Proven experience of working with young people in a similar role
* Knowledge of homelessness and its impact on young people
* Working knowledge of housing and benefits advice
* Experience of partnership working with specialist agencies
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Comprehensive understanding of professional boundaries
