Role Overview
As a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist (Band 6 or 7) within our practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exemplary patient care. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, proficient in manual therapy, dry needling, and rehabilitation techniques. Your skills will empower our patients to reach their health objectives and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal issues, including detailed history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Customized Treatment Plans: Create and execute tailored treatment strategies based on clinical evaluations, patient aspirations, and evidence-based methodologies.
  • Hands-On Therapy: Deliver hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and various therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery and improve functional outcomes.
  • Patient Education: Inform patients about self-management techniques, exercises, and lifestyle changes to promote their long-term health and well-being.
  • Collaborative Care: Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep precise and current patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and communications with other healthcare providers.
  • Professional Growth: Stay updated on the latest advancements in musculoskeletal physiotherapy through ongoing professional development and participation in relevant training programs.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • State licensure and registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development.
