We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Campaign Manager to join our team at Searchability NS&D Ltd. As a Sales Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering sales outcomes through proactive business development and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to drive successful sales outcomes
- Develop and maintain a rolling 5-year forecast to accurately deliver order intake for future business planning
- Identify and execute partnering strategies to support campaign objectives
- Align with delivery project teams to enable project mobilization, stakeholder management, and contract changes
- Experience of working within the procurement cycle for large-scale (£20m+) and complex projects with UK Ministry of Defence
- Proven ability to demonstrate integrity and build organizational trust with customers and partners
- Knowledge of UK MoD, organizations, and structures, and how to align them to products and services
- A proven track record of bidding and winning large-scale (£20m+) and complex projects with UK Ministry of Defence
- An understanding of how UKStratCom procures Strategic Services and R&D
- Experience working in service-oriented contracting models
- Experience working in bidding frameworks and bidding tasks on frameworks
- An existing network of contacts in MoD Strategic Services and credible industry ecosystem
- Experience of acting as Capture Lead on major complex captures
