Job Title: Casual Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary

The Langham, London is seeking a skilled and friendly Casual Waiter/Waitress to join our team in the Palm Court lounge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the Palm Court in a warm and engaging manner
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service
  • Be familiar with all food and beverage items on the menu
  • Ensure the restaurant pantry is set for service
  • Prepare and locate all mise-en-place in strategic areas in the restaurant
  • Responsible for linen for the restaurant
  • Prepare and serve hot beverages as ordered
  • Ensure that all cutlery, crockery, and trays are spotless and clean before and during service
