About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Actions Analyst to join our team at JJ Search Ltd. As a key member of our Middle Office team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business in respect of all corporate action related issues and queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and dispatch of corporate action communications to clients, advising them of the terms of the event in an easy to understand manner and detailing the options open to the client.
  • Supporting the business in respect of all corporate action related issues and queries, including liaising with the Corporate Actions team at Platform Securities.
  • Thorough checking and submission of placing orders for IPOs, as well as the regular trading and settlement of client transactions.
  • Providing support to both the Advisors and clients, undertaking a number of ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience within Corporate Actions within Middle Office / Investment Management - essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
  • A can-do attitude with good prioritisation skills.
