About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Travel Chapter. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our holiday properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and preparation of holiday cottages between bookings, adhering to our company's best practices and procedures.
  • Perform refresh cleans and deep cleans to maintain high standards throughout the year.
  • Collect and distribute supplies, such as linen and welcome packs, to our local offices.
  • Conduct property checks and report any faults to our local office.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Time Management: Ability to effectively manage your schedule to complete cleans within allocated timeframes, particularly for changeovers.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to keep track of supplies and ensure properties are well-stocked.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our team regarding property checks, fault reporting, and supply collection.
  • Physical Fitness: Reasonable level of physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Own Vehicle: Reliable transportation for collecting and distributing supplies.
