About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Travel Chapter. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing a first-class changeover service for our holiday properties in the Barnstaple area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct planned changeover cleans to a high standard, ensuring properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new guests.
  • Perform refresh cleans and deep cleans to maintain high standards throughout the year.
  • Collect and distribute supplies, including linen and welcome packs, to ensure properties are well-stocked.
  • Conduct property checks and report any faults to our local office.
  • Follow company best practices and procedures to ensure every guest experience is unforgettable.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills to complete cleans within allocated timeframes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage supplies and ensure properties are well-stocked.
  • Effective communication skills to report property checks and faults to our local office.
  • Reasonable physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
