In this role, you will be tasked with leading and inspiring your branch team to meet and exceed sales targets, gross margin goals, and other essential business objectives. Your strategic oversight will be crucial in fostering continuous growth and operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities...
- Build and sustain robust customer relationships through effective branch account management, utilizing face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email communications.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and their specific areas of expertise.
- Oversee customer and project pricing strategies, including adjustments for inflation and price increases, to enhance our profit margins.
