Supporting Neurodivergent Children in a Rewarding Role

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join their team as a Learning Support Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with neurodivergent children, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with a small group of eight pupils, helping them navigate behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges.
  • Apply psychological theories and engage in restorative and therapeutic practices to support children.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting the well-being and development of all students.
Requirements:
  • Recent Psychology Graduate with a passion for supporting neurodivergent children.
  • Positive, caring, and nurturing individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide a comprehensive support package.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £80 to £90 per day.
  • A full-time role with a regular schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:15pm.
  • The opportunity to apply psychological theories and engage in restorative and therapeutic practices to support children.
