About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive learning environment, where students feel comfortable and empowered to succeed. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to address challenging behavior, and provide individualized support to students who require it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior improvement plans to support students with challenging behavior
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional guidance and care
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to address challenging behavior
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Desirable: Degrees (2:1) in Psychology, Sociology, and Mental Health
- Child-related Mental Health qualifications are highly valued
Contract Details:
- 12-month contract
- £90 per day (subject to experience)
