Salary: £32,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
Hours: Part-time, 32 hours per week, flexible to suit the needs of the business

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Complex Care Nurse to join our team at Prestige Nursing. As a Complex Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and planning individualized care plans for clients
- Delivering high-quality care to clients, including medication management and wound care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Providing education and support to clients and their families
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the NMC
- Experience working in a Complex Care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
