Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our services in the Dover area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two services, St Michaels and another 2-bed residential service, providing support to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autistic Spectrum Conditions.

As a Registered Manager at Priory, you will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care, ensuring the highest quality person-centred support and care, and continually developing the service.

You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the service's success.

The role requires a strong working knowledge of regulatory standards, fine-tuned decision-making skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
