Job Title: Registered Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our services in the Dover area. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autistic spectrum conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to provide person-centred support and care
  • Deliver best practice in social care and continually develop the service
  • Manage budgets, quality, compliance, and ensure the best care and support for individuals
  • Make fine-tuned decisions and have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Be flexible and have a strong 'can do' attitude
