Company Overview: Forge Logistics Ltd is a veteran-owned logistics provider based in Euxton, specializing in partnerships with major online retailers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primarily night shifts, with weekly variations.
  • Focus on driving duties only, with no load handling required.
  • 4 on, 4 off work schedule, with opportunities for additional shifts based on availability.
  • Flexible start times required on a weekly basis.
  • Utilization of a dedicated app for work scheduling.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections.
  • Compliance with all driving regulations and working time directives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Weekday shifts: £150 per shift; Weekend and Bank Holiday shifts: £165 per shift.
  • Access to a modern fleet of Iveco CNG trucks.
  • Guaranteed payment for canceled shifts.
  • Monthly salary payments (PAYE).
  • Three-month probationary period.
  • Entitlement to holiday pay and statutory sick pay.
  • Continuous training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: A valid CE license held for a minimum of one year.
  • Essential: Proven Class 1 driving experience (minimum of 6 months).
  • Essential: Experience in commercial night driving.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset.
