Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Supervisor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our facility management team on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, and monitoring the performance of on-site staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our facility management team on site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to maintain a safe working environment.
  3. Performance Management: Monitor the performance of on-site staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets.
  4. Inspections and Reporting: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or operational issues promptly, and prepare reports on site activities, including progress, performance, and budgetary information.
  5. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to consistently deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the facility management industry.
  2. Electrical Background: Electrical background, with knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
  3. Health and Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
  4. Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to facility management.
  6. Certifications: Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or a related field are desirable.
