BT Field Sales Executive

As a BT Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling the full range of BT's products and services to Key Decision Makers in the field. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets in all agreed areas.
- Activity KPIs: Hit Activity KPIs on designated Calling Days to ensure consistent performance.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest BT portfolio and pricing to effectively sell our products and services.
- Client Relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients at Key Decision Maker level to identify, qualify, and close solution opportunities.
- Account Management: Manage client relationships, keeping up-to-date with market and business trends, including competitor activities, to identify new business opportunities.
- Personal Development: Participate in coaching, training, and role shadowing to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- CRM Tools: Utilize CRM tools and Intelligent Tools as required for your role to ensure effective data management.
- Lead Response: Respond to leads within 24 hours and update systems accordingly to ensure timely follow-up.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience is achieved with every client interaction, managing their expectations in terms of delivery, installation, and billing.
- Ordering Process: Ensure efficient and accurate ordering processes to minimize order discrepancy failures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share ideas, knowledge, and resources to achieve sales goals.
- Sales and Consulting Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales and/or consulting experience.
- Business Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience.
