Job Title: Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive at Number Fifteen Recruitment, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with Key Decision Makers to sell the full range of BT's products and services. You will need to stay informed on any changes to the BT portfolio and pricing to effectively advise and sell the appropriate BT solution and service that helps resolve clients' business issues and enables their growth and success strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets in all agreed areas
  • Hit Activity KPIs on designated Calling Days
  • Sell the full range of BT's products and services, keeping informed on any changes to the BT portfolio and pricing
  • Build strong, trusting client relationships, engaging them at Key Decision Maker level in business debates to identify, qualify, and close solution opportunities
  • Account manage your client base, keeping up to date with market and business trends, including competitor activities, understanding developments for the client, and identifying new and emerging business opportunities
  • Enthusiastically contribute to your own personal development through participation in coaching, training, and role shadowing
  • Populate and use CRM tools & Intelligent Tools as required for your role
  • Respond to leads provided within 24 hours and update systems accordingly
  • Provide Desk Based Agents with feedback on Leads within 24 hours
  • Ensure a positive customer experience is achieved with every client interaction, managing their expectations in terms of delivery, installation, and billing
  • Be competent and thorough with the ordering processes to ensure customer orders are dealt with efficiently and right first time with no order discrepancy failures
  • Constructively work as part of one sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources to help build a world-class sales force
  • Utilise BTLB resources and the BT brand to achieve results for the client and for the business
Essential:
  • Sales and or consulting experience
  • Minimum 2 years relevant business/work experience
