Job Title: Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our technical design solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for our electrical infrastructure and clean technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical experts to develop project scopes and deliverables
  • Manage the design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop commercially viable design solutions
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet project objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in design management, with a focus on electrical infrastructure and clean technology
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including equipment sizing, layout, and control philosophy
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and ensure high standards of technical accuracy
