Business Analyst - IT Team

The Workplace Consultancy Limited is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their IT team, reporting to the Head of IT. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support and development of the Company's Operations and Infrastructure projects, as well as Stock Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics Vision software provided by OnTech.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and define business needs of stakeholders and help determine solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems.
  2. Act as a conduit and translator between business and technical teams.
  3. Define/gather requirements and undertake data analysis or data modelling activities.
  4. Lead evaluation, design, and implementation of new business systems.
  5. Research and analyse existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Use data visualization tools to create intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics.
  7. Provide regular updates to the Head of IT.
  8. Project manage small to medium-sized projects with the support of the Head of IT.
  9. Drive implementation and adoption of Microsoft Teams across the wider business.
  10. Assist with smooth running of Microsoft business applications, including training of users, management, and maintenance of user guides and training materials.
  11. Assist with smooth running of Stock Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics systems, identifying issues, and helping to resolve them through troubleshooting, logging support cases, and monitoring issues.
  12. Must have strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications and preferably have been part of a team that has implemented these tools within a similar organization.
  13. Experience of migrating from Google Drive to Microsoft SharePoint would be preferable.
  14. Must have strong leadership and project management skills to drive completion of projects.
