We are currently seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to enhance our educational environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and small group assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Support the execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

  • Assist students in their academic pursuits, focusing on literacy and numeracy development.
  • Encourage student engagement and promote independent learning.
  • Track and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to educators and guardians.
  • Engage in school-wide activities and events, contributing to the overall school community.
