Key Responsibilities:
In relation to students:
- Provide personal care tailored to the individual needs of each student.
- Encourage maximum independence for students.
- Support students in utilizing their preferred communication methods consistently.
- Assist with students' feeding programs as required.
In relation to management and organization:
- Actively engage in ongoing professional development.
- Report any notable changes in students' behavior or physical condition that may raise concerns.
