About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Finance Director and assisting with various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss and balance sheet accounts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial statements.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Perform intercompany accounts reconciliations and fixed asset maintenance.
  • Prepare accruals and prepayments, as well as VAT returns.
  • Calculate commission payments and maintain purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Use Sage Line 50 for bookkeeping and financial management.
Requirements
  • Experience in finance, preferably with management accounts.
  • Proficiency in Excel and double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Ability to work as part of a friendly and dynamic team.
