Job Title: Technical Publications Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Publications Assistant to join our team at Triumph. As a Technical Publications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our experienced Technical Authors with the page layout and general maintenance of technical documentation for all of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including operation manuals, repair and maintenance instructions, assembly instructions, setup guides, technical bulletins, and service bulletins.
  • Work closely with our Technical Authors to ensure that documentation is accurate, complete, and meets the required standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation templates and styles to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide support for the publication of documentation to print formats.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is an asset.
