Skilled Tradesperson

A highly skilled and experienced handyman/plasterer is required to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in plastering and other trades, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded knowledge and experience in other trades, including first fix and maintenance roles. They will also possess a strong work ethic and a "get stuck in and get the job done" attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The role involves working on residential property refurbishments, including properties bought at auction that require bringing up to the required standard for rental. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance and damage repair of properties with sitting tenants, as well as repair work on properties that require attention in between tenants.
We offer a competitive salary, job security, continuous employment, a regular consistent income, 38 hours per week, no working weekends, an excellent pension plan, holiday pay, and many additional perks.
Our client is a property development and management company with a large number of residential properties across the North of England. They are looking to expand their NE branch based in Middlesbrough due to continued growth within the business.
