At Morson Talent, we are seeking a skilled fitter and assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and installing nacelle components in accordance with established processes and specifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install nacelle components using instruction sheets and specifications.
  • Ensure the well-being of fixtures, toolings, and products, and report any issues.
  • Handle sub-assembled elements and set up them on the work station or tooling.
  • Drill, countersink, rivet, fasten, and torque parts to design specification.
  • Maintain work stations, tools, and work areas, and report any issues or non-conformities.

Requirements:
  • Experience in fitting and assembling nacelle components.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
