Role Overview:

Our facilities operate around the clock, necessitating a variety of shift patterns. Successful candidates will play a crucial role within our engineering teams, ensuring the maintenance of our advanced machinery and equipment to comply with food safety and health regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Engineering.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in FMCG manufacturing is preferred.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the work environment.

Dependability: Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Strong Work Ethic: A proactive, dedicated, and efficient approach to all tasks, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
