Job Title: Night Shift Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Night Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal system performance
  • Work on continuous improvement (CI) projects to enhance system efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure smooth job handovers between shifts to maintain continuity
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers during the night shift
  • Develop and execute own projects to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in engineering
  • Background in engineering with a focus on automated systems
  • Confidence and willingness to get involved in all aspects of maintenance and projects
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £50,000 per annum
  • Fixed night shifts with a 4 on, 4 off rotation
