Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing support and care to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and provide guidance on healthy living
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

We're looking for a compassionate and caring individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. You'll need to be resilient, flexible, and able to work independently as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
