- Manage and lead cross-functional bid teams to deliver high-quality proposals that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure bid compliance and adherence to corporate processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and build trust.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and market developments to inform bid strategies and proposals.
- At least 5 years of experience in competitive tendering within the public or commercial sectors.
- APMP certification and knowledge of best practice bidding processes.
- Strong understanding of the buying processes within the public sector and defence environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
