About the Role

We are seeking two Learning Support Assistants to join our team at Gloucestershire College. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with learners who have a range of additional learning needs and disabilities, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, autism, or physical impairments.

  • Work one-to-one or with small groups of learners to provide strategies that promote autonomy and independence.
  • Support learners to access their curriculum and achieve their goals.
