Senior Associate - Acquisition and Leveraged Finance

Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Banking and Loan Finance team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience to take on a pivotal role within a team known for advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financing transactions, working closely with experienced partners in the industry.
  • Manage an independent caseload, supervising junior team members, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality legal advice.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence.

About the Role:

This role sits within the Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team, which is celebrated for its expertise in private equity sponsored deals, corporate acquisitions, and public bids. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent drafting skills, and significant experience in acquisition and leveraged finance.
