We are thrilled to be recruiting a Senior Associate for a dynamic and successful Corporate & Private Equity team within a prestigious legal firm. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value M&A and Private Equity transactions, servicing clients both in the UK and internationally.


About You:

- Experience: You are a highly motivated corporate lawyer with hands-on experience in corporate transactions, particularly M&A and Private Equity.

- Skills: Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling complex and diverse deals.

- Personality: You are proactive, with a keen interest in contributing ideas and making a significant impact within your team.
